MAE Engineering is a professional Engineering firm providing services in the New York and New Jersey areas. We specialize in consultation and design of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Protection services for high and low rise structures including residential, commercial, retail, education facilities, and fit outs.
Our ability and knowledge comes from over 16 years of engineering experience in the MEP field. We have an expansive experience with designing energy efficient buildings utilizing Passive House and LEED design, and working with energy program requirements such as Energy Star, Enterprise Green Communities, NYSERDA, etc., all while completing projects in accordance with local codes.
Professional services for each project range from pre-design, design, and construction administration phase. We work together with all trades and consultants during design and construction to achieve a coordinated product.
